Just need a word in your ear... please don't link to yoweb (the site with all the pirate/crew/flag stats) from the YPPedia. It puts a drain on their server to have everyone clicking through, so we're discouraged from doing it. Nice work with the rest of the page, though! Ahoy!

Just need a word in your ear... please don't link to yoweb (the site with all the pirate/crew/flag stats) from the YPPedia. It puts a drain on their server to have everyone clicking through, so we're discouraged from doing it. Nice work with the rest of the page, though! Fair winds! --Ponytailguy 12:13, 8 August 2006 (PDT)

Linking

According to the Wikipedia manual of style on links, there is seldom a need to link twice to the same article, let alone within a single section. -- Faulkston 19:19, 26 February 2007 (PST)

  • Took out a bunch of it, but left it in the blockade history section since it points to each blockade in particular and not just the page. -- Riggie March 5 2007
