FLEET OFFICER: WEIGHTY ON CARP/SAIL/BILGE MINIMUM RESPECTED SOLID ON GUNS MINIMUM DISTINGUISHED (guns ye can change by nav or b-nav)
SENIOR OFFICER: EXPERT ON SAIL/CARP/BILGE MINIMUM 2 OUT OF 3 MASTER WEIGHTY ON GUNS/ NAV OR B-NAV MINIMUM RESPECTED AND DO THE OFFICER B-NAV TEST WITH THE CAPTAIN
New crewmembers coming over from another crew have a 60 days period to get a higher rank if they get the stats that are required, same for merging crews, check the stats requirements and work on them as required. If ye don't match those ye will be demoted, until they reach the asked stats.
