Officer - Broad in Bilging, Sailing, Gunning, and Carpentry, or own a ship. (Or at the Captains discretion)
Fleet Officer - Solid in Bilging, Sailing, and Carpentry; Broad in Sword fighting; Time with the crew and trusted by its members. (Or at the Captains discretion)
Senior Officer - Weighty in either Bilging, Sailing, or Carpentry; Broad in either Navigation or Battle Navigation; Time with the crew and trusted by me. (Or at the Captains discretion)
Do not ask for higher ranks if you dont meet the criteria.
Statements
I am looking to build this crew into something great that all will remember. Goals include: Achieving Eminent fame; having 100+ members; and the forth defeat of the Black Ship (The El Pollo Diablo.)
