Use this template when editing a disambiguation page and the contents include information about a defunct or disbanded crew or flag, as well as having been created on a retired ocean and was made defunct or disbanded on an existing ocean.

First and second parameters -> uses, respectively, the pagename and disambiguation term;

third parameter -> indicate whether it's defunct or disbanded;

fourth parameter -> input Crew or Flag;

fifth parameter -> Present OceanName;

sixth parameter -> Retired OceanName.
