Talk:List of known Brigand King ship name adjectives

From YPPedia

The eight adjectives in this list have all been taken from Admiral Finius' flotilla on Ice. There is a chance that each King will use a different list of adjectives for his/her fleet - if so, we may need to break this page apart, and use some transclusion to put it back together. Complete list?

It seems to me that the lists top out at ten adjectives - Azarbad, Barnabas and Vargas have ten; nobody has eleven or more. Dare we declare these lists "complete" once we find all ten?

Actually, the number seems to be eleven. Maybe #12 is the adjective of the BK himself? Given the number of ships popping up in flotillas now, I still think we have enough data to declare the lists complete, once they all reach the same number.

BK pages... crew/flag pages

These names should probably go onto the individual pages... I'll get to it later if no one else does... Sashamorning 14:15, 21 June 2007 (PDT)

Identical to swabbie adjectives?

It looks like this list is looking exactly like the List of known Brigand King swabbie adjectives. Now what? Merge and transclude? There are a few inconsistencies, perhaps it's not entirely safe to assume that they're identical yet. And... the swabbie lists top out at eleven per BK. Chupchup 14:18, 27 June 2007 (PDT)

I think that merging wouldn't be a bad idea. Put it all in the same place. A table might also not be a bad idea rather than a looooooong list. It'd be easier if it was organized better. Sashamorning 18:27, 15 July 2007 (PDT)

I think I know another Adjective for a Brigand King ship...

I encountered the ship Touchy Gar more than three times as a Brigand King ship. The ship was under the command of the Brigand King Gretchen Goldfang. However I do not see the adjective "Touchy" under Gretchen's name. Is this exclusive to the Hunter Ocean?

Looks like you encountered Gretchen in a sea battle. This list is for flotillas and blockades only: "Brigand King ships found on the high seas use the standard List of known ship name adjectives." --Chupchup 22:20, 10 August 2007 (PDT)

Yeah it was just a Sea Battle. Thanks for that Aqu 05:59, 30 August 2007 (PDT)

Dubious adjectives

Two adjectives added for Gretchen during 2008-2009 are dubious to me. Valued and Elusive. Another one, Open-minded, has already been removed. Valued is most certainly a common shipyard and brigand adjective. Elusive is not; it has some credibility to me. Chupchup 11:16, 1 March 2012 (PST)
