Stormy also known as Stormy Waters started out in Azure. He was elected captain of the crew Plunder Cats. He was one of the first five royalty in the flag Midnight Armada. When the Plunder Cats disbanded he joined Red Dawn as a senior officer. He also served as captain of the Midnight Armada defense crew. He is currently inactive on his main and known alt characters.
