Warning: This is a mature crew, and mature conversations sometimes occur here. You have been warned.

We have a few fairly standard rules for you to follow here, both as a jobber and as a crew member.

Ask permission to board (PTB) before getting on a ship. If you don't get permission, don't board the ship.
Be respectful, both of crew members and jobbers.
Do what the person running the pillage says. Even if you outrank the person running the pillage, they are still in charge on that ship.

Promotion Requirements:

Pirate: Master+ in 2 of the main pillaging puzzles (Sailing, Carprentry, Bilging, and Guns)

Officer: Master+ in 3 of the main pillaging puzzles, and Master+ in Battle Navigation

Fleet Officer: Must be an officer in the crew for at least two weeks, AND have the trust of the Captain and SOs

Senior Officer: Only at the choice of the Captain and other SOs.

(Exceptions to these rules may be made, but only at the Captain's Decision. Asking for an exception is a good way to not get one.)
