Ships sunk due to Bugs or Server Errors
To report a ship loss due to a bug or server error, you must do two things.
- First, submit a bug report with the below link, include as detailed a description of what happened as you can.
- Second, file a petition which includes a short description of what happened, the name of the ship, the owner of the ship and a note indicating that you have already filed a bug report.
