Islay of Luthien is a large island located in the Ruby Archipelago. There are four known routes from the island: Eta Island, Lynx Island, Jorvik Island, and an inter-archipelago route to Nuptial Island in the Pearl Archipelago.

Islay of Luthien is also home to Sheepish Ernest, a sheep; and Piggy Thomas, a pig.

Natural Resources

This island spawns elderberries, iron, serandite, and sugar cane. These resources can be bid on at the market

By agreement, building names on Islay of Luthien are puns on books written by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Islay of Luthien is named after Lúthien Tinúviel, a character in the Lord of the Rings book series. The word itself likely derives from the Old English word for love, lufien.

The Islay of Luthien monument is located on the northeastern side of the island's lake. A weavery, Laurelinens, used to exist on the island, but was dusted in May 2006.
