Chameleon
The chameleon's primary color is whatever color the owner is wearing, and so can be any color. The possible secondary colors are shown below, though a few of the limited edition colors have not yet been confirmed to exist in-game.

Dragons from the 2017 Booch Box promotion could be any of the following colors. It's unknown how many of these actually exist.
Ippolito
The ippolito is available only in seven known colors.
Krakling
The krakling is available only in ten known colors.
Lobster
The lobster is a two-color familiar available in most standard colors plus silver, but only some combinations of these colors are possible.
It appears that instead of allowing any two colors to spawn together, the colors have been broken into groups. The lobsters seem able to spawn in any combination of colors within a given group, though this won't be certain until all of the possible combinations have been found.
For example, aqua can have as its second color mint or any shade of blue, but not red or purple.

The monkey is available in both natural and limited edition colors, but only the natural colors (except for tan) can be recolored.

The octopus is available in many colors, but not all the colors can be recolored.

Parrot
The parrot has two color choices. The primary color is the wings and head of the parrot. The secondary color is used for the body. Standard parrots can come in any combination of the colors below except black/black. Also, white/white parrots and any parrot with tan as either color cannot be recolored. Limited edition parrots can never be recolored.

The serpent has two colors. There are four known primary colors and five known secondary colors available from the Cursed Isles. The primary color is that of the serpent's head, while the secondary color is that of its nose.
