Arcturus

Arcturus is one of the Ringers. He works as a software engineer. His contributions to the game include poker, Brigand Kings, pets, and blockade maneuvers. He is also in charge of deploying new releases and putting up new release notes, along with Cephalopod.
On the oceans themselves, he is the governor of Quetzal Island on the Emerald Ocean and Chachapoya-Insel on the Opal Ocean.
