Spinn City

Spinn City is a right-facing weavery bazaar on Jorvik Island. It was erected in May 2004 under the governance of the flag, Looterati. The deed holder is the current governor of Jorvik.
Spinn City was named by the original owners of Jorvik, the Looterati, along a specific naming scheme for bazaars that alluded to or pertained to them being cities, towns, or governances. This building was named after the larger, urban residential ares know as a city and the popular television show Spin City.
