Morrowind was created on July 29 2005 by Arrelious. Reepacheep since then has taken over the flag (during a friendly change in power). Today, Morrowind consists of 183 pirates and is growing.
Public Statement
Our flag is a fun-loving flag. Our primary purpose is to help member crews become the best they can be, through training/tips and assisting each other with pillaging. Blockades are not in our agenda, though members are free to assist other flags as they wish. Also, to protect our members' ships, declarations of war are "never" returned.
We keep our alliances stream-lined and new alliances will be chosen with great care. Basically, if we don't know you, there's no reason for an alliance.
Member crews are expected to treat their people and others with respect and patience. Those who are appointed to titled positions are expected to communicate with other leaders in the flag on a fairly regular basis (meaning at least once or twice a week). We also ask that member officers *NOT* PvP other member ships or allied ships without previous arrangement and mutual agreement.
