Serial Pillagers was founded by Quintalis in early 2005. At the time of writing, they were investing in the Onyx archipeligo in the south of Cobalt. They are the primary crew in the flag The Art of War. Their stated goals are to enjoy the game and to help others do the same.
Demography
According to self-reporting, officers in Serial Pillagers tend to be adults, although a few mature teens have also achieved the rank. However, they have been quoted as willing to accept all ages into the flag.
