A skeletal parrot is a type of familiar, which can be obtained from a black box (series VII) from a black market. The chances to obtain a skeletal parrot from one of these black boxes is 0.01%.
The skeletal parrot likely comes in all the standard skeleton colors, though not all of those colors have been seen yet. It cannot be recolored.
