Cerulean blockade history

You mentioned that the table of contents showed that September was added when in fact it wasn't :p. It's because that template updates itself according to the current month and year. However because sometimes it pre-empts the addition of things to the actual history articles, I did suggest this adjustment to the template a while back . Essentially it would allow the TOC to be constructed and customised from multiple template calls that pass the template date information.
