Vanishes
Vanishes is a pirate on the Meridian Ocean. She is senior officer and first mate of the crew Adventuring-Go Away and queen of the flag Spirit of Adventure.
About
Vanishes is a very kind and fun pirate to be around who loves to share her knowledge of Puzzle Pirates with anyone who asks. She has been on the Meridian Ocean since 2012, and has been around Puzzle Pirates since 2004 as Heartlessmel. Her best puzzles are Gunnery and Swordfighting. Vanishes is often found on sea monster hunts, helping new players on pillages, or defeating skellies, zombies, and werewolves with hearties. She currently has two injuries, a peg leg and a hook (and hopes to get an eyepatch soon!) She has also proudly memorized the entire Meridian Ocean, and she's happy to chart anyone in need. She is usually online in the evenings and on weekends and resides on Pirate Time.
Notable
- Achieved the navy rank of admiral
- Won two familiars (both from a gold box)
- Has assisted in a blockade in every position from pre-stocking and moving ships, tallying the use of supplies during the blockade, being jobbing contact, executive officer on ships, and some Admiral duties during the blockade
- Has owned a successful fruit running business and regularly helps hearties start and run their own
- Has been the captain of many crews and helped people move on to create their own successful crews
Goals
- To build a fleet to assist hearties in blockades
- To run greeter pillages on Mister Ray, her cutter named after the teacher in Finding Nemo
Romance
Vanishes has been romantically involved with Swiftbird since late December 2012. In-game, they can be found joined at the hip almost constantly. Their extensive portrait gallery is a sticky-sweet example of their first year together. They often clutter up their royalty chat with love notes.
