Sun (aka Sun-West) is a special event character controlled by Apollo. In addition to being the captain, royalty, and/or monarch of various Ringer event crews/flags throughout the oceans, he is also the governor of Eclipse Island (on Cerulean) and Cromwell Island (on Emerald).
