He is a buisnessman who used to own many shoppee's and stalls.(Went broke, you can figure out the rest) He has dated man women on the Emerald Ocean too. At the moment he is the leader in the funding of the two sister War Frigates, HMS Del Rey and the HMS Kills, the two ships will be given to Haleybailey to captain.
