Tea and Crumpets is a shipyard on Viridis Island on the Viridian Ocean. The building was previously named The First Fleet and before that, Moonlit Gondolas , and was previously owned by Convict, and then by Holograph, Ksb and Whitehaze.
At the time when the building was co-owned by Whitehaze and Elfeesh, it was renamed to Tea and Crumpets on the 22 July 2011 in homage to their Britishness. The building was later owned by Disengaged.
