Inferno is a flag on the Hunter Ocean.

Flag History

Inferno was formed by Sardinez, Captain of Salvation and co-captained by Bluelily on December 14th 2009 shortly after joined by Aries' Revenge which was captained by Captainslk alongside his co-captain, Godsagreebo.

Inferno had a 'rocky' start due to conflict with Raiders for mixed reasons. Around 2 weeks after Inferno was formed, Sardinez went dormant for 5 months and 30 days therefore the flag was left in the hands of Godsagreebo who was the new monarch. For the duration of time that Sardinez was dormant.

On June 27th 2010, Sardinez became undormant and re-claimed his place as Inferno's king. Fortunately, after his return Inferno had attracted more crews; because of the growth within the flag, the flags reputation rapidly grew after the crews were constantly participating in the Aimuari and Pukru event blockades (winning of course).

Inferno's successes at event cade, they appeared on Hunter's flag fame board and upped a fair few notches each day until on the 15th of July 2010, Inferno had become eminent and taking Hunter by surprise because of the rate of expansion Inferno enjoyed. On the 31st of July 2010, Inferno had reached the fame of illustrious which was seen as a great success since it only took under 30 days.

Whilst competing in an event blockade to win Ilha da Aguia (Hunter), Sardinez argued with Thisgirl over who was Board Admiral. This cost Inferno precious time and hence the blockade - losing by 2 points to RoW. Post IDA: crews continued to desert Sardinez and the flag as he constantly threatened a pointless war with Acolyte and his crew Indestructible.

Embarrased and without the leadership skills to cope or the finance to go on: Sardinez stepped down as monarch - stating he was quiting to study in August holiday period! Sardinez nominated, voted for and gifted Codefish monarch and Inferno. This sadly upset Godsagreebo who left Inferno shortly after.

Codefish personally acknowledges both Sardinez (for some of the 10 dubs) for founding the flag but more so, Godsagreebo who worked so hard for 6 months to bring Inferno to the fore. Inferno is now and shall remain a very different flag from that controlled by Sardinez.

Present

As Queen of Inferno Codefish has worked hard to expand the flag and increase its popularity and its coffers from the 11 PoE starting position she inherited. The flag has since enjoyed Sea Monster Hunts and flotillas, blockades and Cursed Isles, becoming Illustrious and attaining Number 1 Flag ranked position on Hunter Ocean, 9th October 2010. Inferno is now consolidating, becoming a mature flag with the ambition to maintain its status and in time gain the prize of an island.

The flag was joined in September by Manvir and his flag Blitz of Glory together with Smokeybandit and his Flag Captured Souls. In honouring her agreement to the flag Blitz of Glory Codefish now shares the position of Monarch with her good friend Manvir. Unfortunately, Silver Storm and Smokeybandit were not so compatible and sadly parted ways. We wish him well with his new crew The Dark Times despite his poor taste in flags.

Crew Recruitment

Crews joining will be given two titled positions, one for the crew captain plus another. Royalty will be given to those we see as fit for this position.

• We are an ambitious flag and we enjoy all aspects of game play.
• We are PIRATES here and behave as such !
• We like to hunt PvP, blockade, Pillage, BK hunt, Imperial Outpost, SMH, CI and Flotilla.
• Yet we are also Traders and Profiteers - Foragers and Commodity runners. ( Lets not mention Poker ! )
