New building for manufacture: Pirate Hall
- Crews and flags may buy halls in these, granting access to all crew or flag members
- In crew halls, Senior Officers and Captains have roommate access
- In flag halls, Royals and Monarchs have roommate access
New expeditions for hunting Brigand Kings
Brigand Kings now have more trinkets to reward
New furniture for manufacture: Hammock
Rename the "Rigging" portrait item for sailing experience to "Block and Tackle"

New portrait item for rigging experience: Rigging
- This is only available for single-pirate on-ship backgrounds
On subscription oceans, accounts now get 36 hours labor per day
