Pirate: narrow in three basic duties and dist + in 2 of the main pillaging puzzles Officer: Must be a Pirate in the Crew for at least 1 week and have Broad in all duty stats (rigging and sails interchangeable) narrow in navs Resp + in 2 of the main pillaging puzzles and at least dist in Bnav Dnav or Guns
FO: Must be an officer in the crew for at least 1 month and have the trust of the captain and SO's (5 of 9 SOs plus captain), must maintain badge requirements, and remain active in crew
SO: voted in by majority of current SOs plus captain approval (max of 9 SOs in crew) SO"s must maintain badge requirements, remain active and involved in crew, and participate in Officer Testing and Training
Exceptions can be made at the Captain's discretion (asking for an Exception is a good way not to get one, Pestering me for one is a good way to get muted and expelled)
