Everyone can join this Flag. We are going to try and get bigger then take over islands. Sent me or anyone royalty to join. The number of Titled Members and Royaltys depends on the size and rank of the crew.
Royalty and TM spots depend on your crew rank and the number of people you have. A crew with 50 members and celebrated rank will get 1 royalty and 2 TM. Some people may ask for 2 royalty spots. I will negotiate.
