The flag was formed on November 17th, 2005 by 3 crews who wished to have a break from the drama and politics they had been caught up in previously. These 3 crews were Axis Analemma, Bits O' Booty, and the later disbanded Impending Doom.
The crews were all old friends, but welcomed new blood into the flag if they shared the flag's philosophy of a drama-free YPP experience.
The flag merged with Black Pearl into Smuggler's Pearl in June 2007.
