Original Syn is the founding crew of the Synergy flag. Based on the Viridian Ocean, it was created on May 14th 2005. First known as Viridian Marauders, the crew name was changed to Synergy on September 13th 2005. When the flag Synergy was created, the name of the crew was changed once again to what it is now.
Crew colors were originally purple and white. When purple became an extra doubloon to purchase, crew colors changed to accomodate everyone's budget. Crew colors are now violet/white for crew and violet/grey for officers.
Requirements for promotion:
- Jobber to Cabin Person - Just ask.
- Pirate to Officer - Must have all broads or better in piracy puzzles and no more than one able standing in these. Must demonstrate loyalty, leadership and camaraderie with the crew. Promotion to officer is not automatic, these are minimum guidelines only, so don't go buy an officer badge unless you are given the ok.
- Officer to Fleet Officer - Prove your skills and loyalty as an officer, and wish the responsability to regularly lead pillages.
- Fleet Officer to Senior Officer - This is very rare and requires a great commitment to the crew. You must demonstrate leadership, skill, honesty, and loyalty. SO positions do not open often.
