Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: It happens when hired.
- Pirate: Two piracy skills master above, (sails, bilge, carp. You MUST have permission to gun on pilly's. YOU WILL BE PLANKED WITHOUT PERMISSION.
- Midshipman: Almost officer.
- Officer: Master bnav, or if you do not bnav then other duty stations must be master - renowned level.(sails, carp, bilge) Any Officer taking out a ship without master bnav will be demoted. Officers are only allowed to take out sloops and cutters.
- Fleet Officer: Number one reason to be a F/O is to lead pillages . Grand Master bnav, or if you do not bnav then other duty puzzels must be renowned - GM above, (sails, bilge, carp)
- Senior Officer: If you don't help out crew than don't bother asking.
