Lowstandrd, aka Low, be a pirate on the Hunter Ocean. He is a member of the crew Domination or Damnation belonging to the flag Wave of Destruction.

Biography
Lowstandrd began his career in piracy on December 25th in the year 2006. He spent a scant few months on the high seas when the ship he was on was swept up in a typhoon and he was lost at sea. Some were fearin he may never be seen again. Fortunately, in 2008 he was found and rescued by Barnaclebess whereupon he promptly joined the crew Domination or Damnation. He has served as an officer in the crew ever since.
At times he can be found blockading on other oceans.
