Feeling Groggy is a left-facing, upgraded distillery shoppe on Eta Island. It was erected in December 2006 under the governance of the flag Dies Irae. Feeling Groggy does not continue any previously established naming scheme used on Eta Island and was built by Dies Irae shortly after they took the island from the flag Silver Dawn at Eta VIII. The name is a play on the term "groggy" which is often used to describe one's slowness to respond and slight loss of motor dexterity associated with being awakened abruptly or drunk. It is also a pun on the word grog.
