Innsomniac, who prefers to go by the name Inn or Inneh, is Captain of the crew Smokin' Aces, and King of the flag Ties That Bind, on Hunter Ocean. If he isn't pillaging with his Senior Officer and First Mate, Shotzgun, he can generally be located at the Aimuari Inn, buying and selling ships - and of course, he is always happy to offer his opinion to other pirates, free of charge.
