Carps

Carps is a pirate who originally made a name for himself sailing the Cobalt ocean as a cabin person in the crew serenity. He moved on to the Hunter Ocean where he quickly reclaimed the stats he had had on the Cobalt. He is currently a Senior Officer for the crew the High Seas Council.
