Darvid
Darvid is a senior officer of the crew Forbidden Dreams. He has previously been the crew's captain, as well as a senior officer in Hell Fire for Hire and Children of the Damned, an officer in The Bluenosers, a fleet officer of the crew Empires Fall. He has also been a lord of the flag Blighted, and a prince of Seraph's Nightmare.
He was the governor of Gaea Island while it was owned by Seraph's Nightmare. He has also been both royalty and titled in Seraph's Nightmare.
Darvid first subscribed after reading the content and discussion in the Game Design forum and remained a contributer until his main forum ban in December of 2006. This ban occurred concurrently with the new policy making forum bans permanent.
He describes himself as a windmill-tilting hothead, and is known for his crotchety ageism. In his own words: "Anyone who began playing after 2004 isn't even a person."
Darvid has held the #1 Bilging and Shipwrighting spots on Midnight.
He won a tan/red parrot on August 1, 2007 in the Familiar Treasure Drop Tournament, a tan/maroon parrot in the December 2006 Ringer Holiday Auction, a red monkey in the April 2008 Pick-Your-Puzzle Bakeoff for Bilging, and a tan/violet monkey in the June 2008 Familiar Treasure Drop Tournament.
