This page is a resource for pirates travelling to other countries or states, particularly for meetups and staying a few extra days, to find people to stay with and save the cost of a hotel room.

Information for Hosts

Thank you for offering to host someone! By providing some information here, you will make it easier for other players to find a bed for the night. However, you are under no obligation whatsoever to do so to everyone! Don't feel bad saying no. Since the information you will provide here will be publicly available on the internet, please keep it fairly minimal. If people contact you by PM or in game, you can get to know them a bit and provide more information as you feel comfortable with.

Information for Guests

First of all, please don't be pushy! If someone is willing to (consider to) open their home to you, be nice to them! With hearties this won't be a problem, but if you talk to someone who you don't know yet just because they have posted here, don't assume they will be able to host you at any given time. Their details could be old, they may well have other priorities, or they simply might not like you enough.

Also, remember to pay your own way, be it by helping with the shopping, taking your host out to dinner, or even just doing some chores (if people mention they need help with something).

Age/Permission Policy

Hosts and Guests should be 18 years or older

Alaska

It is very cold in Alaska. Okay not ALL year!
Blustorm lives just outside of Anchorage and assures you that June and July are excellent months to visit. If yer in the area look me up! I usually have a spare bed or couch if you don't mind a couple large and very friendly dogs.
