Oceanus Expeditus is a flag on the Cobalt Ocean led by King Morbuzaan. Its sole purpose is the destruction of the Cobalt SMA (Super Mega Alliance). It was founded in the year 2006 on October 14.
Public Statement
Here we stand, for eternity evermore. Stand with us or against us, we shall remain.
We will not tolerate dockpressers or crewpressers. If anyone tries said activities to us, they will recieve an immediate War dec, and be hunted out on the high seas.

We will not ally with you if you are in the SMA. If you send us an alliance request without talking to Morbuzaan first, you will be War Decced.

History
Oceanus Expeditus was formed on October 14th, 2006. They held their first blockade, Raven II at Raven's Roost on the Cobalt Ocean on March 11th, 2007. They were joined by Tangled in the Rigging on the same day.
On November 3, 2007, Oceanus Expeditus launched a blockade on Ansel Island, run by the flag Super Awesomeness. The flag Dark Asylum also dropped a chest, shortly before the beginning of the first round. In the end, Super Awesomeness won the blockade in a 3 round sweep. The next week, on November 10, Oceanus Expeditus blockade their real target, Labyrinth Moors. They lost the 1st round, but managed to come back and win rounds 2,3, and 4, taking control of the island.
In early March 2008, Morbuzaan introduced a 100% tax policy on Labyrinth Moors that would be dropped by 10% for every PvP blockade on the ocean. Shortly into this policy the flag The Flying Dutchmen dropped a chest on Moors aided by other ocean flags in coalition against the tax rise. 30 minutes prior to the blockade Netzu dropped a chest on Olive Island. The War Declaration was reciprocated by Crazynancy making the Moors & Olive blockade, sinking. Oceanus Expeditus contested R1 of their defense but pulled out due to a large jobber defocit. At Olive the next day OE had a much better jobber turnout, although still around 50% of what Firestorm managed. However they contested strongly R1 & R2 matching the pay of Firestorm and took points in all 3 rounds but were beaten by the numbers that Firestorm managed to put out.
