Shalimar is the captain of the crew Crimson and Silver. She is the queen of the flag Wailing Waters on the Cobalt Ocean.
Biography
It is not known when Shalimar washed up on the shores of Sakejima Island (Cobalt). Her earliest recorded sighting was in October 2005, while she served as an officer with the crew Inner Strength. Even in this early age she demonstrated fine competence in commanding a sloop.
When Shalimar's real life mate decided to venture into Puzzle Pirates for himself, he was fortunate to have appeared on the same ocean. She founded Wailing Waters shortly after.
A unique approach among Cobalt crews at the time, Shalimar trained her officers in battle navigation using intra-crew PvP, lots of rum, and lots of patience during 2006. Her students included the now-prominent Aarghbird, Sundreena, Mistercohen and others.
While her students and former crewmates moved on to better things, Shalimar instead maintained her crew and flag, and as a result, her training academy. Former students often send their officers to her for training.
