Lybertee is a pirate found on the Cobalt Ocean.
BEWARE~ The vessel which within dwells my abominable crew. We search endlessly for filthy, disease ridden pirates to terrorize,plunder and slay! Our crew does fly the dreaded 'red flag'- NO quarter shall be given! Any courage you do manage to attain prior to battle, shall quickly be vanquished once you feel my wrath- worthless parasites! We shall annihilate any sighted vessels just to display our might! So flee wretched vermin! Or experience the desparation and the distruction of your helpless crew; for when the sound of my battle cry is heard, it is then that you shall know you are doomed!
