Public Statement
Hi! Welcome to the Avalon Knights! To join this crew have to have to be dedicated, hard working and show that you are loyal. For those that make it into the crew though, my rules are simple, have fun but work hard on pillages. If you work hard then everyone has fun, then the work is easier and I will make you lots of money, I guarantee it! Please be polite to everyone from captain down to jobber. I will not tolerate rudeness to anyone and officers will plank anyone who is offensive! If anyone gets an incredible on thier duty report on a pillage then they get +1 to their pay at the end of the pillage!
Also, I will NOT tolerate ny kind of violence, racism or anything that offends in a bad way! Be polite and if you have issues with some one please let me or one of my senior officers know! Promotions will be dealt with internally so you must have been in the crew for at least a week or two before I begin to consider promotions. please be patient. One last thing, my decisions are final! I am the captain and this is my crew! I will try to be fair and will listen to anything anyone has to say, but in the end it comes down to me and the the advice my SO's give me!
