Ultimate list

The ultimate list is a listing of the most achieved pirates in the ocean. Separate lists are maintained for each puzzle, and displayed in terms of both "puzzle standing" and "experience". Only those players who have achieved a puzzle standing of Ultimate and experience of Broad in that puzzle will be shown on the standing side. The experience side of each ultimate list shows the pirates with the most experience in the puzzle. The number of pirates shown on the experience side is equal to the number of Ultimates in that puzzle. Each ocean has an ocean wide ultimate list for each puzzle, and each archipelago has one as well.

Historical Notes

The ultimate lists replaced an earlier feature of similar function, the "Top 10" lists. These showed only the top 10 pirates for both puzzle standing and experience in each puzzle, and they were replaced with release 2005-07-08.
