Mahr is the Captain and Taskmaster of the crew Scallyways. She sails the Sage Ocean.
She created the flag Mistiquic of Sage, but then later moved Scallyways to the flag Insurrectionists. The crew PIRATES OF DARK WATERS then merged with Scallyways.
