Overview
We are the free & independent flag of the Black Dragon. Our allies are people we trust and our enemies people we want to crush. We won't declare war but we reserve the right to engage anyone not in our ring.
Politics
We are democratic, everyone in this flag has a say on how it is run, we value imput from members of each crew. The Flag's Monarch changes at intervals / is often shared between Dreamweaver and Louberry.
History
The flag was founded by Dreamweaver on the 3rd of November 2006, with the only crew being Dragon's Dreams. Until the 7th of February 2007 when Mischievous Mulberries joined them, and recently another crew the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything also joined.
