The gaff is one of sixteen bludgeon types used in rumbling. It can be purchased at shipyards. On subscription oceans, this bludgeon may be used by non-subscribers and does not include a delivery fee on doubloon oceans.

This bludgeon is considered an alternate to bare fists. Its strike pattern is literally 1 ball different from the bare fists. In a sprinkle fight, the gaff is better to use if you can't consistently make large sprinkle attacks, and the fists are better to use if you can consistently make large sprinkle attacks.
