Moving Up the Ranks!
Cabin Person to Pirate - Have at least 1 broad, and be respected + in Gunning.
Pirate to Officer - Have atleast master in 4 piracy puzzles, have master+ Bnav, and be able to take a Bnav Test.
Officer to Fleet Officer - Be able to run a ship, be trusted by the SO's and Captain.
Fleet Officer to Senior Officer - Be Reccomended by other SOs and Captain.}}
