Oaths is a pirate on the Cerulean Ocean. He is a fleet officer in the crew The Jazzie Crew, which flies under the flag For Glory or Honour.

Oaths currently lives in Cider House Rules, a row house on Kirin Island, where he is ranked Lieutenant in the navy.
