Epsaltos has achieved Stalin's vision of government; the oligarchic class of Heavenly Kings made firm decisions for the crew while listening to the members' input and ideas. Teamwork was a major part of Crusaders.

*Post-[[Terra Island (Cobalt)|Terra]] - Heavenly Kings leave Hurricane with Epsaltos and Bnavver on good terms.
