Did you make sure that the email address set for your acount (at http://www.puzzlepirates.com/register/register.wm) is working? You should get at least an answer, but it may take some time, depending on the workload of the support staff. --Alfwyn 13:04, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

Ahoy! As Alfwyn said, it can sometimes take them a while to respond - even up to a week in busy periods. Give them some time to respond. As YPPedia admins, we're still just normal players who happen to have admin power over the wiki. We don't have any hotline to the OMs to push you up the queue, even if we had any particular desire to. Pestering the OMs will put you back in the queue - pestering us, on the other hand, will do even less. In fact, as wiki admins, the only "something" we can do for you is to ban you from the wiki.
