Wappas is a pirate sailing on the green oceans, he currently resides on Emerald.

Wappas be an Officer with the Crew Barely Dressed, he be the proud owner o' a sloop called "Caustic Bullhead and of't sets sail with his mate Kass.
On the 10th o' May, Wappas was found washed ashore Saltstraum Rock in the Lacerta Archipelago. From what he understands, the Lacerta Archipelage is one o' the few civilized Archipelagos; with many of the remaining Malachite Archipelagos remaining undeveloped. All memories of a previous life o' moderate fame gone; Wappas began working in the navy hopin' to earn some PoE and begin his rise to power. After a bit o' work Wappas was accepted into the Stripped crew under the Barely Dressed flag. After his acceptance intot he crew and his promotion to officer, Wappas moved off of Saltstraum Rock and over to Celesta Isle of the Komodo Archipelago.
