Tortuga is the fort on Marlowe Island on the Emerald Ocean, previously on the Hunter Ocean. The building was formerly owned by Aacprduction of the flag Odyssey.
It was named after the Caribbean island notorious for its piracy activity. It's part of the island's Pirates of the Caribbean naming theme.
The building was originally named Black Mask, likely after the pulp magazine Black Mask.
