== History==
Ruby Ring is a flag of convenience, flown by the military crews of the [[island]]-holding flags in the {{midnight|Ruby Archipelago}}.  Spurred by the creation of [[Notorious Fandango]], it was formed after the signing of a mutual defense agreement between [[Silver Dawn]], [[Carpe Noctem]], the [[Looterati]] and the [[Trans-Atlantic Empire]].  These four flags disliked Fandango's original method for selecting which island they would attack, and promised to come to each other's aid in the event of Fandango aggression in Ruby.   With the change in Fandango's methods, Ruby Ring is largely obsolete.
