Weird formatting

It seems there's some weird <pre> stuff going on due to tabbing. I'm guessing the three lists aren't meant to show up that way, while the Three Rings information is. But I'm not makin any edits since I'm not sure. --Thunderbird 18:07, 10 January 2006 (PST)

I tried a different approach and re-copied it over, which I think looks and works better. --Artemis 11:50, 12 January 2006 (PST)

Nitpick

Regarding the "What appears on my credit card statement?" section: It says Three Rings shows up on the statement because Puzzle Pirates is too long. All of my recent payments (3 of them) show Puzzle Pirates on the statement, so that must have been changed at some point. --Thunderbird 22:04, 13 January 2006 (PST)

More nitpickery. The line saying that all shipboard puzzles can be played without paying implies that even Navigation can be played. This isn't exactly true (and of course the Notice Board in-game still implies this as well). --Thunderbird 00:43, 24 January 2006 (PST)

Agree, it's a bit misleading. Fixy fixy for the wikidocs. -Lizthegrey 04:04, 24 January 2006 (PST)

I have an existing account, how do I redeem my Ubisoft in-box one-month subscription?

Simply visit this page and enter your CD-key to redeem your free included month.

The link is not actually there. Are we allowed to make such changes to the official docs (the link is there later on the page), or do we just use this to bring stuff to Liz's attention? --Behindcurtai 11:53, 27 January 2006 (PST)

You actually can't make changes to the page - only administrators and OM's are able to (there should only be a "view source" tab), but yes, using the talk page is the way to fix official pages :) --Nickster (t/c) 12:07, 27 January 2006 (PST)

Text Message section

Given that I see a post every so often about people not getting a code for some reason or another, perhaps it may be a good idea to put instructions on what to do if your code doesn't show up? Also, I'm not so sure "your's" with the apostraphe is correct (not removing it since I don't know if it is correct or not, it just doesn't look right). --Thunderbird 17:26, 13 March 2006 (PST)

Aye I was just adding that bit. Thanks mate!: --Poseidon 18:04, 13 March 2006 (PST)

Spellings that need fixing

I noticed a few spellings that need correcting... My Credit Card was Declined, but it still got Charged?! proceedures = procedures

Which Oceans are Subscription and which are Doubloons? availible = available

Petty I know - but they bother me :-) --Sagacious 17:27, 13 March 2006 (PST)

Found two things to be corrected:

However, there are certain features in the game that may require payment if you wish to try them. Generally, you are able to pay for these features in one of two ways

Consistency of capital P on Paypal and capital U on Ubisoft

--Sagacious 17:36, 13 March 2006 (PST)

Alrighty! I think I got all of these. Thanks!: --Poseidon 18:11, 13 March 2006 (PST)

Malachite

There are a couple of places in this document that needs the addition of Malachite Ocean listed. In the first paragraph under micropayment described oceans and further down when specifically outlining which oceans are subscription and which are micropayment.-- Haywoodx(t/c) 17:10, 26 June 2008 (PDT)

  • Updated to add Malachite. --Demeter 21:42, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

PayPal

I know we're still mid-transition, but just wanted to point out that PayPal info still mentions an @threerings.net address. I'm sure it's on the to-change list but leaving a note here anyways. --Sagacious (talk) 23:48, 31 May 2016 (UTC)

I'd hazard a guess that the PayPal stuff might not be updated yet. I looked at the actual steps of a purchase through PayPal (though didn't finish the process), and noticed one of the buttons said "Cancel and return to Three Rings Design" in there. --Thunderbird 12:34, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
That's cool - just making sure it was still being worked on and not just missed off when revising the documentation =) --Sagacious (talk) 02:16, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
