The /officer command shares your message with everyone ranked officer or higher in your crew. Jobbing pirates who are officers in their own crew do not count as officers of your crew. This command only works for people with officer or higher rights, which means an officer on a Doubloon ocean will need to be holding an officer or higher badge. An expired account which has the officer rank does see this chat.
